Tesla Model Y has launched in India starting at ₹59.89 lakh. Available in Standard and Long Range variants with up to 622 km range, the EV features Autopilot, 15.3″ touchscreen, and a panoramic roof.

After years of anticipation, Tesla has officially entered the Indian EV market with the launch of the Model Y. Priced from ₹59.89 lakh to ₹67.89 lakh (ex-showroom), the Model Y is Tesla’s first car for India, sold through its debut showroom in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai.

Variants & Pricing

Tesla Model Y comes in two variants:

  • Standard RWD – ₹59.89 lakh
  • Long Range RWD – ₹67.89 lakh

India-spec variants are RWD-only and are being imported as Completely Built Units (CBUs), which contributes to their premium pricing. The dual-motor AWD version is not yet available.

  • Standard Variant: Q3 2025
  • Long Range Variant: Q4 2025

  • Battery & Drive Unit: 8 years / 1,92,000 km
